Tallow Creek was workshops and a tannery until the 1980s. Today it’s a mix of warehouse conversions, 2000s townhouse complexes and a few rows of workers’ cottages that survived the factories.
The light rail stop on Foundry Street changed the market here. First-home buyers and investors compete hard for anything within five minutes of it, and that’s pushed prices up faster than in Ellery Park over the last two years.
Strata matters. Buyers read the strata report closely, so we have it ready on day one of every campaign, along with the sinking fund balance and any special levies.
